America is the people. Again.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

America Is The People (americaisthepeople.org) is a project of Spread Media Studios, based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we do with the information you give us. The short version: we collect your email address so we can send you updates you asked for, and nothing else.

What we collect

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to send you updates from America Is The People, after you’ve confirmed your address by clicking the link we email you. We never sell, rent or trade your information.

Who else sees it

Our web host (currently HostGator) and our email provider store it on our behalf. If we start using a newsletter service to send updates, your email address will be stored there too. These providers may store information in the United States or other countries, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted within about 30 days. After you unsubscribe, we keep only the record of your consent and its withdrawal for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or by writing to [email protected]. We’ll act on it within 10 business days. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at the same address. If you’re in Canada and not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
